Therapy for Menopause, Midlife, & Identity

You may be experiencing:

  • Mood changes

  • Increased anxiety

  • Loss of confidence

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Changes in intimacy

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • A sense of being disconnected from yourself

"Therapy offers a chance to understand yourself more deeply and to develop new, more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others."- Papiya Rozario.

Many women tell me:
"I don't feel like myself anymore."

Menopause can affect far more than physical well-being; it can bring unexpected questions about identity, relationships, confidence, aging, loss, purpose, and the future.

For many women, menopause is also a psychological transition. Long-standing relationship patterns can become harder to ignore, and you may find yourself questioning roles you've occupied for years or recognizing emotional needs that have gone unmet.

Therapy offers a space to explore these changes with curiosity and compassion, helping you move through this chapter with greater understanding and confidence.

You don't have to navigate this alone.
