"I believe many of the difficulties we experience deserve to be understood & not just managed."

I'm a psychodynamic counsellor and ADHD-CCSP Coach working in private practice in London.

I offer a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space to explore your current difficulties and the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping your life.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting.
My hope is that our work together helps you feel more understood, more confident.

Throughout my work as a psychodynamic counselor, I've been struck by how often people carry emotional burdens silently, adapting, coping, and putting others' needs first while losing touch with themselves in the process.

I'm particularly drawn to supporting neurodivergent adults and women navigating menopause and midlife transitions.

Although these experiences are different, they often share common threads: feeling misunderstood, struggling with identity, navigating change, and searching for a greater sense of authenticity and belonging.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic counseling, which means I'm interested not only in current difficulties but also in the deeper emotional patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how we see ourselves and relate to others.

This includes the impact that environments and relationships can have on self-esteem, identity, and emotional well-being.

I have a particular interest in supporting adults who have spent years masking, adapting to others' expectations, or feeling different without fully understanding why, alongside women navigating the emotional and relational challenges that can emerge during menopause and midlife, when questions of identity, purpose, relationships, and self-worth often come into sharper focus.

"Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to."

I aim to offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult thoughts and feelings

at your own pace.

ABOUT ME

Why Do I Specialise in These Areas?

Over the years, I've become increasingly interested in how experiences of difference, transition, and identity shape emotional well-being and relationships.

My MA in Special Needs and Inclusion, alongside my ADHD-CCSP coaching qualification, deepened my understanding of neurodiversity and the challenges many people face when navigating environments that don't always recognize or support their needs.

I've seen how years of masking, adapting, and feeling misunderstood can affect confidence, relationships, and one's sense of self.

I'm also drawn to supporting women navigating menopause and midlife transitions.

This stage of life often brings profound emotional and psychological changes alongside the physical ones, and many women find themselves re-evaluating relationships, identity, purpose, and long-held patterns of coping.

I'm passionate about offering a space where these experiences can be explored with curiosity, compassion, and depth.

What connects these areas is a shared theme: helping people make sense of who they are, understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build a more authentic and compassionate relationship with themselves.

"As a psychodynamic counselor, I believe that when we understand ourselves more deeply, we're better able to navigate life's challenges, relationships, and transitions with greater confidence and freedom."
